The #onepointfiveplease initiative has been created to support local businesses and our chosen good cause during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic. As such we have a NO RETURNS POLICY, except if flaws in workmanship are found ( as long as the item has not been worn).
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you have purchased due to defects in craftsmanship or material then please contact us at email@example.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny a refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted within 20 days of when the item was delivered to you.
We are doing our small bit to help communicate important messages to the community. We hope you can support this by not returning items, but instead feel good that your contribution is helping in a positive way. Thank you.
Refunds (SORRY. NO REFUNDS)
We cannot offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We are happy however to offer a replacement for any item that is damaged. After a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: WEWORK, Level 14, 5 Martin Place, 2000, NSW
To return a damaged and pre approved for return item, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
